'Chinjao Rosu' with Pork

  1. Thinly slice the pork and green bell peppers.
  2. Marinate the pork with the seasonings.
  3. Heat oil (not listed) in a pan and stir-fry the green bell peppers.
  4. Transfer to a plate.
  5. Add more oil to the pan and cook the marinated pork from Step 1.
  6. When the pork is cooked, add the peppers and seasoning and toss to combine.
