'Chinjao Rosu' with Pork
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 3 Green peppers
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- Thinly slice the pork and green bell peppers.
- Marinate the pork with the seasonings.
- Heat oil (not listed) in a pan and stir-fry the green bell peppers.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Add more oil to the pan and cook the marinated pork from Step 1.
- When the pork is cooked, add the peppers and seasoning and toss to combine.
