Bread Machine: Too Good to Be True Ricotta Cheese Bread
- 12 cup low-fat milk or 12 cup skim milk, warm
- 1 13 cups room-temp. ricotta cheese (whole or part-skim)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 3 12 cups white bread flour, plus
- 2 tablespoons white bread flour (adjust accordingly)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dry baby crispy rice cereal
- 13 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 12 tablespoons protein powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon gluten
- 2 12 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Set machine for Basic, Light Crust or Rapid medium.
- Cool on rack completely before slicing.
