Breakfast Tortilla Wrap

  1. In a medium nonstick skillet cook Canadian style bacon just until starting to brown.
  2. Add olive oil; heat.
  3. Add bell pepper, kosher salt, cumin, and if desired, crushed red pepper.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add egg whites; cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomato and if desired hot pepper sauce.
  7. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up.
