Cream Of Coconut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile, combine pudding mix and half & half in large bowl.
  7. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour pudding mixture over baked crust; sprinkle with coconut.
  9. Refrigerate until filling is set (at least 1 hour).
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. *Substitute 2 (3.4-ounce) packages vanilla pudding and pie filling mix.
