Crispy Caramel Corn (For Microwave) Recipe

  1. Measure into saucepan the brown sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup.
  2. Bring to boil and boil 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.
  4. Pour over popped corn and mix well.
  5. Pour caramel corn into a large brown paper bag which's been sprayed inside with Pam cooking spray.
  6. Microwave 1 1/2 min.
  7. Stir corn.
  8. Microwave 1 1/2 min again.
  9. Pour out onto waxed paper to cold.
  10. Store in airtight container.
  11. Don't make in high humidity.
