DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON

  1. cook bacon in microwave or broil.
  2. drain on paper towel.
  3. let cool.
  4. dip in melted choclate coating completely.
  5. place on parchment or foil and l place in freezer for 2 min to set choclate.
  6. remove from freezer.
  7. enjoy over a salad with raspberry vinigrette
