DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON
- 1 packages bacon
- 1 packages dark or milk choclate chips for melting
- 1 double boiler or microwave
- 1 parchment paper or non stick foil
- cook bacon in microwave or broil.
- drain on paper towel.
- let cool.
- dip in melted choclate coating completely.
- place on parchment or foil and l place in freezer for 2 min to set choclate.
- remove from freezer.
- enjoy over a salad with raspberry vinigrette
