Banana Lemon Cream Pie Recipe
- 3 c. finely diced bananas
- 1 x Keebler shortbread piecrust
- 1 pkt sugar-free instant vanilla pudding ( 4 serving size)
- 1 x pgk. sugar-free lemon Jello (4 serving size)
- 2/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 1/3 c. diet Mountain Dew
- 1 c. Cold Whip Lite
- 2 tsp minced pecans
- Layer bananas in bottom of crust.
- combine dry pudding mix, dry Jello, lowfat milk pwdr, and Mountain Dew.
- Mix well with whisk.
- Blend in 1/4 c of the Cold Whip.
- Spread over bananas.
- Chill 5 min.
- Spread remaining Cook Whip on top.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Chill at least 15 min.
- Diabetic:1-1/2 starch1 fruit
