Cheesy Tuna Mornay
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 300 ml Whole Milk
- 3 tbsp Plain Flour
- 100 grams Cheese - Grated
- 1 can Tuna in springwater
- 1 can Corn kernels
- 1 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 medium Lemon -Juiced
- 1 medium Tomato -Sliced
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Heat butter in saucepan
- Add Onion and Cook until soft
- Remove from heat and stir in flour
- Add milk and bring to boil stirring continuously
- Add half of the cheese and the can of tuna, including Springwater, stir until smooth
- Pour into a greased oven proof dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining cheese on top, cover with tomato slices
- Place in oven on 180C for 20 min or until lightly browned
