Ginger Pork and Stuffing Skillet

  1. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops; sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until chops are cooked through.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add remaining 2 Tbsp.
  7. butter, water and ginger to skillet.
  8. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  9. Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten; top with chops.
  10. Spoon marmalade over chops; cover.
  11. Reduce heat to low.
  12. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
