Candi's Shortcut Two-Bite Brownies

  1. Microwave white chocolate and milk in an uncovered glass bowl on high for 1 minute.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir white chocolate mixture into cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Spoon mixture into a quart sized ziplock bag and snip off a small corner of the bag.
  8. Pipe mixture from ziplock bag on to the top of each brownie.
  9. Slice strawberries into slim slices (using an egg slicer can work if your strawberries aren't too ripe).
  10. (Optional) Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted.
  11. Using a spoon drizzle the tops of brownies with chocolate.
