Sugar Carrots

• 1 lb carrot, slices
• 6 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 2 tablespoons butter

1. Boil carrots in water 8 minutes.
2. Drain.
3. Add remainder of ingredients.
