Classic Edamame

  1. In a saucepan bring water and 3 tablespoons salt to a boil.
  2. Add edamame and boil until tender-crisp, about 6 minutes.
  3. Drain beans and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Add remaining salt and sesame oil and toss to coat.
