Pecan-Crusted Honey Chicken
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. margarine or butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix mustard, honey and lemon juice; brush onto both sides of each chicken breast.
- Place in single layer in shallow pan.
- Combine nuts, bread crumbs and margarine.
- Sprinkle over chicken; press lightly into chicken to secure.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
