The Big Mac Deconstructed Salad
- 12 oz -14 oz bagged salad (I used Fresh Express Garden)
- 1 1/2 cup lean ground beef cooked, drained very well and crumbled (I used 90% lean) (I also like it to be very warm but not steaming hot)
- 4 tbsp sweet onion minced or chopped very small
- 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
- 20 -25 hamburger dill slices cut in half
- 2 slices of low calorie bread toasted and cubed (I used Weight Watcher wheat)
- 8 tbsp light thousand island dressing
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- Add lettuce to a large salad bowl and add ground meat,onions, cheese, pickles and bread cubes.
- Mix thousand island dressing with pickle juice and pour over salad.
- Serve!
