Teriyaki salmon
- 3 lb fresh salmon
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce marinade
- 1 can Sliced pineapples
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ marinade, teriyaki sauce in one bowl
- Pour on top of salmon and place sliced pineapples on top
- Marinate in fridge for half an hour.
- (For stronger flavour let sit for a few hours)
- Fry salmon until there is a brown crust on either side.
- (Make sure you flip salmon every 2 minutes) fry the pineapples on the side
- Serve with rice or a light salad!
