Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- In large bowl, stir lowfat milk, water, egg yolks, and vanilla.
- Mix in whipping cream.
- Pour in large container and freeze 6 hrs.
- Chocolate: Omit water, egg yolks, and vanilla.
- In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk and 2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup.
- Mix in whipping cream.
