Vickys Sweet Garlic Chicken, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Ready a crockpot, slowcooker, or preheat your oven on it's lowest setting
  2. Put the chicken in a casserole dish / crockpot etc
  3. Mix together the sugar, vinegar, Sprite, garlic and soy
  4. Pour over the chicken, cover and cook for 6 - 8 hours on low
  5. When the time is up, remove the chicken and keep warm on plates in the oven
  6. Mix the cornstarch & water together then add to the sauce
  7. Bring the sauce to boil and let it reduce down into a glaze
  8. Remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes then pour over the chicken and top with a sprinkling of red pepper flakes
  9. Great served over rice or noodles
