7 Up Pound Cake Recipe

• 3 cup. Sugar
• 3 stk butter
• 1 cup. 7-up(r), lemon-lime soda
• 1 dsh Salt
• 3 cup. Cake flour, sifted
• 5 pcs Large eggs
• 1 tsp Lemon extract

1. Grease and flour tube or possibly Bundt pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar together 20 min.
3. (This is a must.)
4. Add in Large eggs, beating well.
5. Add in flour and 7-Up alternately.
6. In 7-Up put the flavoring; and the dash of salt in flour.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
8. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or possibly lemon glaze if you like.
