Susan's Walnut Chicken

  1. Mix 1 Tbl.
  2. oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoons corn starch in bowl.
  3. Stir in chicken (cut in 1 inch pieces).
  4. Cover and refrigerate 30 minute.
  5. Mix chicken broth, ginger, 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons corn starch.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Heat 1-2 Tbl.
  8. oil in skillet.
  9. Stir-fry chicken and dried red pepper.
  10. Remove chicken.
  11. Stir-fry onion, green pepper, and garlic until onion is clear.
  12. Add chicken and broth mixture.
  13. Cook until thickened.
  14. Stir in walnuts and water chestnuts.
  15. Serve over white rice.
