Grilled Salmon BLT

  1. Mix mayonnaise and lemon zest until blended.
  2. Sprinkle fish with salt; place on well-oiled grill.
  3. Cook 4 min.
  4. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. For each sandwich: Spread each of 2 toast slices with 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Fill with 2 bacon slices, 1 fish fillet, 3 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf to make sandwich.
