Best Ever Microwave Cake

• 2 tbsp Melted butter
• 1 large Egg
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 6 tbsp Self raising flour
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 Strawberries
• 1 Left over custard
• 1 Or anything else that you wish to use for decoration

1. Start by mixing melted butter and the egg
2. Add in the milk and vanilla and mix
3. Add in the vanilla and sugar
4. As well as the flour and pinch of salt
5. Mix very well and place in the microwave for about 1 min 30 secs
6. Get out on a plate and leave to cool for a couple of mins
7. Make it look neater by cutting off the top and half it
8. Cut the strawberries and layer them in between the cake and sandwich the two halves together
9. Add the custard from the top and allow it to run down the sides
10. Sprinkle with coconut and add your finishing touches to it and there you have it!
