AMIEs CHICKEN Mami
- 1 packages thin egg noodles, cooked according to package direction
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 boiled chicken eggs
- 1 carrot strips, for garnish
- 2 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 8 cup chicken broth
- Bring to a boil 6 to 8 cups water and 1 1/2 chicken cube.
- Mix chicken breasts, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover and gently simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked.
- When cooked, slice the chicken as thin as possible.
- Arrange the cooked noodles in a large individual serving bowl with chicken, carrot strips, toasted garlic, spring onions and boiled egg.
- Add the chicken broth.
- Its better to serve hot...share and enjoy!
