AMIEs CHICKEN Mami

  1. Bring to a boil 6 to 8 cups water and 1 1/2 chicken cube.
  2. Mix chicken breasts, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and gently simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked.
  4. When cooked, slice the chicken as thin as possible.
  5. Arrange the cooked noodles in a large individual serving bowl with chicken, carrot strips, toasted garlic, spring onions and boiled egg.
  6. Add the chicken broth.
  7. Its better to serve hot...share and enjoy!
