Easy Low-Fat Chocolate Mousse

  1. Pour milk into 12-quart bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whisk attachment.
  2. Add dry pudding mix.
  3. Blend on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened; scrape down side of bowl.
  4. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes or until well blended and slightly thickened.
  5. Add whipped topping; beat on low speed just until blended.
  6. Portion 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 32 dessert dishes (or 4 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
  7. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish each with a dollop of additional prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping just before serving, if desired.
