Chianti Butter Recipe

  1. Use a rubber spatula to soften butter in a mixing bowl until it is very spreadable.
  2. Add wine and salt and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Place compound butter on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Shape into a log and twist the ends to seal.
  5. Place butter in the refrigerator to harden.
