Grandson's Lasagna

  1. Boil noodles and have dry on clean towel (listen bachelors!
  2. ).
  3. In metal or glass baking pan (ceramic is not recommended), line one piece of aluminum foil inside pan.
  4. Have it neat without too many wrinkles.
  5. Brown ground chuck over low heat and crumble into tiny pieces.
  6. Line first row of lasagna noodles.
  7. Ricotta cheese
  8. light layer of sauce
  9. 2nd row of noodles
  10. mozzarella cheese
  11. light layer of sauce
  12. 3rd row of noodles
  13. beef and a little cheese
  14. oregano
  15. 4th row of noodles
  16. light layer of sauce
  17. Montery jack cheese
  18. Now..........cover with second piece of foil and slit a few lines through it.
  19. Place in preheated 350 degree (175 C.) oven for 45 minutes--have a glass of wine and listen to music.
  20. Be patient--this baby needs time to develop.
  21. Pull cover foil off and let the top bake for another 10 or so minutes until the cheese is melted or brown to your liking.
  22. Pull out and let cool for a bit....then dive into it.
