Pork Chop Dijon
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
- In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper.
- Brush both sides of pork chops with mixture.
- In a small skillet cook chops, covered over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Turn chops, add sliced onion.
- Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes more or till meat is tender.
- To serve, place chops pon platter, top with onions and pan juices.
