Cake That Doesn't Last

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 cups vegetable oil or 1 12 cups applesauce
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups mashed bananas

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Make well in center and fill with eggs, oil, pineapple, nuts, vanilla and bananas.
3. Stir lightly; do not beat.
4. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or loaf pan.
5. Bake for 75 minutes.
