Pecan Breakfast Roll Recipe

  1. Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan.
  2. Arrange frzn rolls over pecans.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 package dry pudding mix.
  4. Combine melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Blend well and pour over rolls.
  6. Top with remaining 1/2 c. minced pecans.
  7. Cover with cloth and set in a hot place overnight.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  9. Let stand 5 min, then turn out onto serving dish.
