Pecan Breakfast Roll Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. minced pecans, divided
- 1 pkg. Rich's frzn yeast roll dough
- 1/2 pkg. (3 ounce. size) butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan.
- Arrange frzn rolls over pecans.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 package dry pudding mix.
- Combine melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Blend well and pour over rolls.
- Top with remaining 1/2 c. minced pecans.
- Cover with cloth and set in a hot place overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Let stand 5 min, then turn out onto serving dish.
