Pintos and Kielbasa
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 pound Turkey Kielbasa, Sliced
- 14 ounces, weight (1 Can) Great Northern Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 14 ounces, weight (1 Can) Pinto Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 14 ounces, weight Canned Stewed Tomatoes
- 10 ounces, weight Can Of Rotel
- 8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- In a large skillet, saute the onion and green pepper in oil over medium heat until tender.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until heated through.
- Serves 8.
