Crowded Chicken for 50

  1. Cut breasts into 3 pieces each with cleaver or small hatchet.
  2. Layer in 2 turkey-sized roasters, skin side up.
  3. Cover each layer with onion soup mix using half the chicken and half the soup mix per roaster.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake in 350 F. oven for 2 hours.
  6. Test for doneness.
  7. Cover and continue to bake until fork tender in center of roaster second layer down.
  8. Serves 50.
