Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

  1. Combine the lowfat milk, corn syrup, corn oil and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the pancake mix and stir till dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Batter will be lumpy.
  4. Add in the cottage cheese and mix.
  5. Pour 1/4 c. batter for each pancake on a warm griddle and cook till brown, turning once.
  6. Serve with blueberry syrup.
  7. 8 pancakes.
