Overnight Porridge

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Transfer to a saucepan or microwaveable dish.
  5. Stove method: Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Microwave method: Cover with clear plastic wrap, vented at one corner.
  7. Microwave at 100 percent power for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring twice while heating.
