Austrian Cream Cookies Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs till light.
  2. Add in sugar gradually; blend in cream.
  3. Mix flour, pwdr & salt: stir in.
  4. Refrigerate1 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 375.
  6. Roll dough to 1/4" thick on lightly floured board.
  7. Cut into 2" squares.
  8. With knife, make two 1/2" indentations on each side of each square.
  9. Place on lightly greased sheet.
  10. Bake 10-13 min.
  11. Cold.
  12. Frost.
