Austrian Cream Cookies Recipe
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 3 3/4 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt Easy Creamy Icing
- Beat Large eggs till light.
- Add in sugar gradually; blend in cream.
- Mix flour, pwdr & salt: stir in.
- Refrigerate1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Roll dough to 1/4" thick on lightly floured board.
- Cut into 2" squares.
- With knife, make two 1/2" indentations on each side of each square.
- Place on lightly greased sheet.
- Bake 10-13 min.
- Cold.
- Frost.
