Salad of Haloumi, Beans and Capsicum
- 250g green beans, cooked until just tender, drained and cooled
- 1 large red capsicum, cut into strips
- 250g baby Roma tomatoes, halved King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 spring onions, diagonally sliced
- olive oil spray
- 180g Haloumi cheese, cut into 1 cm cubes
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Red Wine Vinegar & Herb Dressing
- COMBINE the beans, capsicum, tomato and spring onions on a large serving platter..
- SPRAY a non-stick frypan with oil and cook the haloumi for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden.
- Arrange on top of the salad then drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve immediately.
