Salad of Haloumi, Beans and Capsicum

  1. COMBINE the beans, capsicum, tomato and spring onions on a large serving platter..
  2. SPRAY a non-stick frypan with oil and cook the haloumi for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden.
  3. Arrange on top of the salad then drizzle with the dressing.
  4. Serve immediately.
