Smoked Trout and Cucumber Salad

• 250g dried penne pasta
• 375g smoked trout, flaked into pieces
• 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced into ribbons
• 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
• 3 spring onions, sliced
• 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing

1. Cook pasta according to pack directions, drain and cool.
2. Toss together the pasta, trout, cucumber, capsicum and spring onions.
3. Arrange in a serving bowl, drizzle with dressing serve.
