Chocolate Banana Scones Made Completely in a Plastic Bag!
- 1 Chocolate bar
- 1 large Banana
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 packet Pancake mix
- Break up the chocolate bar in a wrapper along the lines between the squares and break each square into 2~3 pieces.
- Mash the banana in a plastic bag.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix in.
- Add the pancake mix and knead well to mix altogether.
- (Preheat the oven to 180C.)
- Add the chocolate from Step 1 and mix in.
- Flatten the dough to about 2 cm thick.
- Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces with a knife over the plastic bag, pressing the entire knife blade slowly into it.
- You will feel good hearing the cracking sound of the chocolate when you cut.
- Tear the plastic bag and transfer the dough onto a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180C.
- Cover with aluminum foil if they are browned midway through.
