Spaghetti carbonara

  1. Preheat water for boiling spaghetti, put them in for 10 minutes
  2. Preheat a pan
  3. Roast bacon, then deglaze it with cream.
  4. Add egg yolks and stir.
  5. Now add chives and seasonings, such as parmesan and cheddar
  6. When the noodles have boiled, add them to the prepared sauce and let it cook for 3 mkre minutes
  7. To serve, garnish with mozarell and chives
