Spaghetti carbonara
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 50 grams bacon, squared
- 1 chives, cut
- 1 onion, squared
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 liter cream
- 20 grams cheddar, chopped
- 20 grams parmesan, chopped
- 20 grams mozarella, chopped
- 1 salt and pepper
- Preheat water for boiling spaghetti, put them in for 10 minutes
- Preheat a pan
- Roast bacon, then deglaze it with cream.
- Add egg yolks and stir.
- Now add chives and seasonings, such as parmesan and cheddar
- When the noodles have boiled, add them to the prepared sauce and let it cook for 3 mkre minutes
- To serve, garnish with mozarell and chives
