Coconut Cream Ritz Cake

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in walnuts and Ritz cracker crumbs.
  4. Put in well-greased 13x9 inch pan.
  5. Spread evenly.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (Check after 15 or 20 minutes).
  7. Let cool.
  8. Spread with whipped cream.
  9. Shake coconut over top.
