Salsa Chili Cheese Queso
- 32 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cubed
- 1/2 cups Salsa
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Chili (with Beans Or Without)
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Set your slow cooker to high.
- Add your cheese, salsa, chili and milk; stir to combine everything.
- Cover and walk away for about 15 minutes, then give it another stir.
- Keep doing this until the cheese has completely melted and everything is incorporated evenly.
- At this point you may want to turn your slow cooker down to medium or just warm so that it doesnt get too hot and dry out.
- If it gets dry, add a little more milk.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
