Salsa Chili Cheese Queso

  1. Set your slow cooker to high.
  2. Add your cheese, salsa, chili and milk; stir to combine everything.
  3. Cover and walk away for about 15 minutes, then give it another stir.
  4. Keep doing this until the cheese has completely melted and everything is incorporated evenly.
  5. At this point you may want to turn your slow cooker down to medium or just warm so that it doesnt get too hot and dry out.
  6. If it gets dry, add a little more milk.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
