Cute Flower-Shaped Chinese Chive Dumplings

  1. All you need are these 3 ingredients plus the seasonings!
  2. Add salt to the ground pork and mix until sticky.

  5. Put a small mound of the filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper, and moisten the edge of the wrapper with water.
  6. Fold the edges towards the center.

  8. Pan-fry on both sides in sesame oil.
  9. Serve with Japanese mustard and soy sauce.
