Baked Pasta
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 cup onion
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 8 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
- 12 cup fat-free parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (15 ounce) bottle light pasta sauce
- Cook pasta.
- Combine everything into pan.
- bake.
