Apple Cinnamon Pork Chops
- 4 large pork chops
- 12 gallon apple juice
- 4 -5 small green apples
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- mccormick's smokehouse maple seasoning
- cinnamon
- salt
- pepper
- Mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, Smokehouse Maple Seasoning, salt, pepper and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Make enough to make a rub.
- With a fork, poke each side of the pork chops to tenderize and allow the rub to get into the meat.
- Rub both sides of the meat and sit aside.
- Peel and core your apples into thin wedges.
- Sit aside.
- In a crock pot, pour the apple juice and the remaining brown sugar.
- Stir till dissolved.
- Put some of the apples into the crock pot and then place your meat over them.
- Put the remainder of the apples onto the meat.
- Sprinkle the top with more cinnamon and Mccormicks seasoning.
- Cover and let cook for approximately 3 hours.
- The meal is done when the apples are tender.
