Country Beef Vegetable Soup

  1. Cut and cube beef, onions and celery.
  2. Combine with water in a stockpot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in beef base.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour or until onion is transparent and tender.
  6. Dice potatoes and add to stock.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
