Quick & Simple Asian Chicken Kabobs

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts.
  2. Clean chicken thoroughly and pat dry.
  3. Cut chicken into 3 inch strips about 2 inches wide and 3 - 4 inches long.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
  5. Combine next seven (7) ingredients in a small non-aluminum saucepan.
  6. Simmer five minutes; cool.

  9. Thread chicken and bite-size vegetable/fruit through each bamboo skewer.
