Healthy Cinnamon Shake
- 3 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 medjool dates
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Throw all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more or less milk to obtain preferred consistency.
- The banana can be peeled and frozen a few hours before making the shake to obtain a milkshake-like texture.
- Almond/oat milk or amother dairy free alternative can be used to make this recipe vegan.
- Also emit honey.
