Apple Wedges With Cinnamon Cream
- 1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
- 12 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 12 cup nonfat sour cream
- 13 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (or a natural sugar substitute)
- Toss the apples in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
- Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the apple wedges on plates with the cinnamon cream.
- Dip and Enjoy!
