Chili, yet another one!
- 87 oz tomato puree
- 31 oz great northern beans
- 31 oz pinto beans
- 31 oz dark red kidney beans
- 3 1/4 lb ground beef 80/20
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1/4 cup ground cumin
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Hungarian paprika
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Brown beef and pork for chunky meat stir occasionally for meaty chili meat every bite stir meat constantly
- Add onions cumin salt, minced garlic pepper when onions turn soft drain excess liquids
- Add all the other ingredients bring to boil let simmer for about an hour
- Taste adjust spices enjoy
