Baked Goat Cheese in Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, goat cheese and rosemary until blended.
  3. Press into 3-inch round between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Heat oil in small saucepan on medium heat.
  6. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.
  7. Stir in tomato sauce; bring just to boil, stirring frequently.
  8. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  9. Pour into shallow baking dish; place cheese round in center of sauce.
  10. Bake 15 min.
  11. or until cheese is heated through.
  12. Sprinkle with basil.
