Sauteed Wild Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until tender.
  4. Stir in thyme and cook 1 minute to heat through.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
