Creamy Bunny Cakes
- 2 REYNOLDS Fun ShapesTM Bunny Cake Pans
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- 2 grapes Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 2 canned mandarin oranges
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cake pans; set aside.
- Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 sec.
- Beat on medium speed 2 min., stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.
- Pour evenly into prepared cake pans.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until wooden toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
- Cool cakes in pans 10 min.
- Invert pans onto wire racks; remove pans.
- Cool cakes completely.
- Transfer cakes to serving plates; frost with whipped topping.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Decorate with fruits to resemble bunnies before serving.
- Store leftover cakes in refrigerator.
